Exciting News: Official Logo Launch & Migration Progress Update / 2024-10-10 11:20

Hello everyone,

I’m thrilled to announce that we finally have an official logo! It’s a small milestone that reflects the identity of this project, and I can’t wait for you all to see it.

Along with this, I wanted to let you know that I’m currently in the process of upgrading and changing some of the technologies powering the site. This will help improve performance, security, and ensure future scalability.

However, during this transition, some pages and features may be temporarily unavailable until the migration is complete. I’m working diligently to minimize downtime and get everything back to normal as soon as possible.

1. Prominent Blue Color Scheme: Metallum Rejections will feature a prominent blue color scheme, offering a refreshing contrast to the red hues commonly associated with Metal Archives. This design choice aims to create a visually distinct environment while maintaining familiarity for users.

2. Mobile App for iOS and Android: In addition to the website a mobile app for Metallum Rejections will be in develoment near in the future.

3. Band Acceptance Rules: Metallum Rejections will include a comprehensive set of rules for band acceptance. While the focus remains on metal rejections, these rules will outline the criteria for band inclusion (still no Nu Metal bands but some rare exceptions 🥹).
